  • Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
  • Service Records;
  • List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2016-2017 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2016-2017 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
  • For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
  • Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
  • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
  • Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

 

Failure to complete submission of the above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.

QUALIFICATION STANDARD:

Education                             :               Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience                            :               With one (1) year relevant experience

Training                                 :               Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility                               :               Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • NTTC Holder, with SMAW NC II and/or Automotive Servicing NC II;
  • With at least 1 year Industry Experience;
  • Preferably with Industrial Engineering units;
  • Proficient in Oral and Written Communications;
  • Computer Literate;
  • Good Interpersonal Relationship;
  • Adheres to professional/work ethics;
  • Assertive and can work under pressure (willing to render overtime services)

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Coordinates the administrative/technical concerns relative to the conduct of training programs and other training related activities;
  • Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs in the formulation of training programs for the subject field;
  • Conducts skills training programs;
  • Conducts monitoring and evaluation of training programs;
  • Prepares training materials;
  • Assists in the provision of technical services to the training center’s clients/partners;
  • Prepares periodic technical reports; and
  • Performs other related functions.

  • Assertive and can work under pressure (willing to render overtime services)

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •  Acts as Special Disbursing and Collecting Officer (SDCO);
  • Prepares check, advice and dues to creditors/payees;
  • Prepares report of disbursements and collections and submit the same to COA;
  • Monitors daily balance of funds with depository bank;
  • Prepares Report of Disbursement for Cash Advance liquidation;
  • Prepares Treasury accountability reports;
  • Provides technical assistance to coverage units regarding treasury matters;
  • Maintain Cash Books for various funds;
  • Prepares communication related to the area of coverage; and
  • Performs other related functions.
