TESDA Region III Holds 2025 Industry Forum to Advance Enterprise-Based Training and Workforce Alignment

Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga — TESDA Region III successfully held the 2025 Region III Industry Forum on July 30, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center Clark. With the theme “TESDA + Industry Partnership: Driving Workforce Excellence through EBET,” the forum gathered over 200 participants from TESDA offices, industry partners, national government agencies, training institutions, and Industry Boards across Central Luzon.

The forum highlighted the promotion of the Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) Framework and the Micro-Credentialing Program, both aimed at aligning technical-vocational training with industry needs. Program highlights included a keynote message from TESDA Director General Jose Francisco “Kiko” B. Benitez, technical presentations, updates on tax incentives, and the ceremonial MOA signing with Terra Solar Philippines Inc. and Meralco Power Academy for a solar workforce training initiative. The event also featured open forums and commitment segments to strengthen public-private collaboration in workforce development.
