TESDA KorPhil-Bulacan Welcomes Kiko Benitez During Visit to Cybersecurity and 3D Printing Training Programs

In a meaningful and inspiring moment, TESDA KorPhil-Bulacan was honored to welcome TESDA Director General Secretary Kiko Benitez during his visit on April 7, 2026 at the KPITTC Building in Guiguinto, Bulacan. More than a visit, it was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do. As he witnessed the ongoing Cybersecurity Awareness Training for various TVET Trainers and Assessors, Educators, Professionals and OFWs. He met passionate learners—including an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) from Dubai—whose dedication reflects the strength, sacrifice, and determination of Filipinos striving for a better future through skills and knowledge.

He also saw the creativity and potential of our Technical Drafting NC II program, where 3D printing technology is being integrated as learning outcome. Each output represents not just technical skill, but hope, growth, and the courage to embrace innovation in a rapidly changing world. Through the Training Induction Program (TIP) for TM Level I scholars, future trainers and assessors are being shaped—not just to teach, but to inspire others, just as they were once inspired.

This visit reminds us that behind every training is a story, behind every learner is a dream, and behind every effort is a shared goal: to uplift lives through opportunity, resilience, and compassion. Together, we continue to move forward—empowering one another, believing in every Filipino’s potential, and building a future where no one is left behind.
