25 Scholars – Bread and Pastry Production NC II – CY 2024 2nd Batch
On April 25, 2024, twenty-five scholars participating the 2nd batch for CY 2024 of the Bread and Pastry Production NC II program, under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP), presented a delightful array of pastry creations. Their demonstration featured a variety of delicacies, including cheesecakes, chocolate mousse cakes, mocha taisan, and more, showcasing both their culinary skills and artistic flair in decorative design. The event welcomed esteemed guests such as Ms. Kathrine R. Angeles, the Center Administrator of TESDA KPITTC, Ms. Rowena Tolentino from TESDA Bulacan Provincial Office, and Mr. Richard Ongsico, alongside a visit from Dir. Emely Tesoro, Provincial Director of TESDA’s Provincial Office-Tarlac.
This Pastry Presentation not only served as a platform for the scholars to exhibit their talents but also facilitated valuable connections within the industry. It emphasized the caliber of training provided under the TWSP, demonstrating TESDA’s commitment, alongside its partners, to fostering talent and enhancing vocational skills in the field of Bread and Pastry Production.
