Distribution of Starter Toolkits with PBBM

President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. led the distribution of various government assistance on April 19, 2023, at the Convention Center of the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
The various government agencies that participated in the event were the following: Department of Agriculture, Department of Social Welfare and Development, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Labor and Employment, and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority.

Regional Director Balmyrson Valdez represented TESDA during the event. He was assisted by Bulacan Provincial Director Maria Gerty D. Pagaran and Senior TESD Specialist Daisy Superior. The President himself handed the welding toolkits to the five (5) Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) Scholars of SMAW NC I.

The beneficiaries are the following: Marcelino Reyes; Pablo Hortelano; Pablo Hortelano; Nilda Licerio; John Le Segarra; and Erwin Blancaflor, who all now enjoy full-time and part-time employment.
