Partnership proposal meeting specifically with the Tourism sector qualifications
On March 11, 2024, TESDA Korea-Philippines Information Technology Training Center, headed by the Center Administrator-Ms. Kathrine Angeles, Vocational Instruction Supervisor-Prof. Christine Irish Castillo, BPP Trainer-Ms. Lilian Mijares and Partnership Focal-Ms. Rizzalynne Molina, convened at Café Nenzo in Meycauayan, Bulacan. They were joined by Ms. Marie Ann R. Abacan, the owner of Café Nenzo, for a partnership proposal meeting specifically with the Tourism sector qualifications. The purpose of this gathering was to explore avenues for collaboration in technical education and skills development programs.
The meeting delved into various discussion points, including technical assistance, scholarship programs, collaborative research, exchange opportunities, internship and employment prospects, and curriculum development specifically for the Bread and Pastry Production NC II program. Both parties expressed keen interest in fostering a partnership and enhancing the quality of education and training provided to learners. Plans were made to follow up with detailed proposals and action plans to formalize the partnership and commence joint initiatives. This meeting marked a significant step towards fostering collaboration between TESDA KorPhil and Café Nenzo, with the shared goal of empowering individuals through technical education and skills development.
