TESDA KorPhil – Tree-planting Event for Earth Month celebration
On May 2, 2024, TESDA KorPhil-Bulacan conducted a tree-planting event as a part of their Earth Month celebration. The purpose of the activity was to increase public awareness of the value of safeguarding natural resources and to advance environmental sustainability. Employees took great pleasure in planting a range of trees in the urban garden area, such as Mahogany, Indian Tree, Mango, Santol, Calamansi, and Eggplant. Carrying shovels and full with enthusiasm, the participants collaborated in groups, planting each plantlet with careful attention to detail and commitment.
The event promoted a feeling of purpose while showing the effectiveness of group efforts in building a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future. This activity served as a timely reminder of the value of both individual and group actions in protecting the environment for coming generations. By means of such endeavors, TESDA KorPhil persistently stimulates affirmative transformation and cultivates an atmosphere of ecological responsibility both inside the institution and the broader community.
