TESDA Region III Holds Turnover Ceremony of Leadership

On October 23, 2025, TESDA Region III conducted the turnover ceremony between outgoing Regional Director Baron Jose L. Lagran and incoming Regional Director Atty. Balmyrson M. Valdez, outgoing Provincial Director Atty. Eric O. Ueda and incoming Provincial Director Leonardo E. Pinlac to PO-Pampanga, outgoing Provincial Director Alvin L. Yturralde and Incoming Provincial Director Atty. Eric O. Ueda to PO-Nueva Ecija and outgoing Provincial Director Ben-Hur B. Baniqued and incoming Provincial Director Maria A. Roque to PO-Tarlac.

The activity marks a smooth transition of leadership and continuity of service in advancing the agency’s mandate of providing quality technical education and skills development in Central Luzon.

The TESDA Region III family extends its heartfelt appreciation to Director Lagran, Director Yturralde and Director Baniqued for their dedicated service and guidance, and warmly welcomes back Director Valdez as he resumes his role in leading the region toward greater achievements.
