2026 TESDA Region III Planning Conference

The TESDA Regional Office III successfully conducted the 2026 TESDA Region III Planning Conference on March 12, 2026 headed by Regional Director Balmyrson M. Valdez, with the active participation of Provincial Directors, Center Administrators, Planning Focals and Regional Office Staff.

The activity served as a venue to discuss key updates and align regional and provincial priorities for CY 2026. Among the highlights of the conference were the preparations for the conduct of Provincial and Regional Skills Olympics in anticipation of the upcoming National Skills Olympics and WorldSkills Competition, as well as the presentation and alignment of provincial accomplishment targets. Updates on the status of vacant positions across the region and the financial accomplishments of Region III were also discussed to ensure effective program implementation and resource management.

In addition, the conference emphasized the importance of maintaining both physical and mental health in the workplace, encouraging all personnel to practice self-care, promote a healthy work environment, and support one another in achieving overall well-being.
