TESDA KorPhil Bulacan Joins Lexie Staffing’s Open-House Recruitment Event

TESDA KorPhil Bulacan was among the training centers invited to Lexie Staffing and Business Consulting’s open-house recruitment event on June 2, 2025. The event successfully drew a diverse pool of candidates, including graduates from various TESDA Training Institutions and TESDA-accredited schools.

A total of 16 interested applicants from TESDA KorPhil Bulacan responded to the Google form before the activity. Lexie Staffing and Business Consulting, through their Human Resource Associate, Ms. Thess Morelos, offered the Call Center Management role during our initial coordination. As of Friday, May 30, 2025, the previously mentioned position had already been filled. The available vacancy at the event was for a Talent Acquisition Associate. During the activity, Ms. Rizzalynne C. Molina, the Job Linkages Focal, disseminated the information to TESDA KorPhil Bulacan’s graduates through their respective group chats.

Resumes were collected one by one after taking attendance. The candidates went on an initial interview afterward. Follow-up interviews commenced immediately after HR reviewed the results of the initial interviews. The final interview allowed promising candidates to experience the company’s system firsthand.

Interested applicants who are not able to attend the open house recruitment are still welcome to apply walk-in for the Talent Acquisition Association position from Mondays to Fridays at 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM in Lexie Staffing and Business Consulting, Unit 13, 3rd Floor Rocka Commercial Building, Tabang, Plaridel, Bulacan.
