RTCCL-Guiguinto Joins Nationwide 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children
The Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto proudly joined the Philippine Commission on Women and the entire nation in the observance of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC).
Under the leadership of Center Chief Mr. Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez, RTCCL-Guiguinto personnel actively participated in a series of meaningful activities designed to raise awareness and strengthen advocacy efforts. Employees wore orange-themed shirts every Friday throughout the campaign period symbolizing support for a future free from violence. The center also displayed official campaign banners and advocacy materials in prominent areas to amplify information dissemination within the community.
To further enrich awareness, RTCCL-Guiguinto personnel and trainees participated in a Seminar on Anti-Sexual Harassment on December 5, 2025. The session, facilitated by Patrolman Rochella Ann M. Rio of PNP Guiguinto, covered essential legal concepts, preventive measures, and reporting mechanisms crucial in fostering safe and respectful environments.
In addition, employees and trainees joined various wellness activities including Zumba, massage, haircut, hair color, and hair treatment services promoting physical well-being and creating a supportive atmosphere throughout the campaign period.
This yearly advocacy reinforces the center’s steadfast commitment to protecting and empowering women and children, and to fostering a workplace and training environment where dignity, safety, and respect are upheld at all times.
