Agency Cooperation on Agriculture

A meeting of the TWSP-PAFSE TVI Implementers with the Department Head of the Provincial Agriculture And Veterinary Offices Ms. Ma. Gloria SF. Carillo and Dr. Voltaire Basinang respectively, was organized by TESDA Bulacan last May 14, 2019 at TESDA Bulacan Multipurpose Hall, Tabang, Guiguinto, Bulacan. The 2018 accomplishment report on the TWSP for agriculture sector was presented as well as the 2019 scholarship allocation for the sector.

The meeting tackled the cooperation between TESDA and the Provincial Agriculture and Veterinary Offices in order to maximize the impact of the program. Areas of collaboration included the promotion of the scholarship program thru the Municipal Agriculture Offices, the referral of qualified trainees who would undergo the training which would result to improving the productivity of farms and or increased harvest or employment abroad. The Department Heads also committed to render post training assistances to the scholars.
