TESDA Region III Conducts 2026 CBTVET Focal Persons Refresher and Re-orientation Meeting

On February 13, 2026, the 2026 CBTVET Focal Persons Refresher and Re-orientation Meeting was successfully conducted at the TESDA Regional Office III, convening CBTVET Focal Persons from the Provincial Offices and TESDA Technology Institutions (TTIs). The activity served as both a refresher for current focal persons and an orientation for newly designated focal persons to ensure continuity and smooth transition of responsibilities.

During the session, existing TESDA circulars and implementation guidelines on Community-Based Technical Vocational Education and Training were revisited to promote alignment and a common understanding across all offices. Roles and responsibilities were clarified, coordination mechanisms were reinforced, and proposed targets were discussed, including the identification of responsible persons and agreed means of verification to ensure accountability and consistent reporting. The meeting concluded with a strengthened collective commitment toward effective and responsive CBTVET implementation for the year.
