Training Induction Program (TIP) for Bread and Pastry Production NC II
On October 13, 2023, and October 27, 2023, the TESDA Korea-Philippines IT Training Center, in cooperation with the District V Office of Congressman Ambrosio “Boy” Cruz of Bulacan, conducted a comprehensive Training Induction Program (TIP) for Bread and Pastry Production NC II under the Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) Scholarship. The program aims to equip individuals with essential skills and knowledge in Bread and Pastry Production, preparing them for employment opportunities in the tourism sector.
The TIP was organized under the leadership of Ms. Kathrine Angeles, the Center Administrator of TESDA KorPhil. Ms. Lyn Mateo, representing the District V Office of Congressman Boy Cruz, supported and participated in the program. Ms. Andrea Marie Magno, the Registrar of TESDA KorPhil, facilitated the TIP alongside Ms. Lilian Mijares, the appointed Trainer for Bread and Pastry Production NC II. The TIP was divided into two batches to accommodate participants from different areas in Bulacan. Trainees from various locations, including Guiguinto, Balagtas, Bocaue, and Pandi actively took part in this comprehensive training orientation.
The Training Induction Program for Bread and Pastry Production NC II under the STEP Scholarship in District V of Bulacan, proved to be a pivotal initiative in preparing individuals for employment in the baking industry. The dedication of TESDA KorPhil, the expertise of the trainer, and the enthusiasm of the trainees ensured a successful and enriching experience. It is anticipated that the knowledge and skills acquired during this program will significantly contribute to the graduates’ future endeavors in the tourism field, further promoting economic growth and employment opportunities in Bulacan.
