19th Anniversary of the FETDDI, Philippine Coast Guard, Balagtas, Bulacan
On July 11, 2024, Mr. Rheo Henry Rodriguez, Center Chief of Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto along with Mr. Jeffrey Guevarra, Supervising TESD Specialist and other representatives of the center attended the 19th Founding Anniversary of the Fleet Education Training and Doctrine Development Institute (FETDDI) of the Philippine Coast Guard in Balagtas, Bulacan.
During the event, Mr. Rodriguez received a Plaque of Appreciation on behalf of the Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto from CG RADM Edgar L. Ybañez, Commander of the Coast Guard Fleet and other Coast Guard officials, recognizing the center’s contributions to quality education and training that aligns with the Philippine Coast Guard’s vision of cultivating world-class guardians.
RTCCL-Guiguinto has provided comprehensive skills training in Fundamentals of Welding, Basic Welding and Cutting, Electrical Servicing, Airconditioning Servicing, Food Handling and Safety and Food Hygiene and Sanitation, resulting in 280 graduates successfully completing these programs. These courses are tailored to meet the specific needs of Coast Guard personnel, ensuring they are well-prepared for diverse maritime operations.
Through this collaboration, Coast Guard members gain the proficiency and expertise required to operate at the highest standard of professionalism and safety.
