2nd Quarter Skills Training Graduation Ceremony
On June 16, 2023, the local government of Sta. Maria, Bulacan through its Public Employment Service Office (PESO) held its 2nd Quarter Skills Training Graduation Ceremony. A total of 256 graduates have completed various training such as Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Events Management, Bartending, Cookery, Solar Night Light Assembly, Motorcycle & Small Engine Servicing, Bookkeeping, Data Encoder, and Electrical Installation and Maintenance. The Solar Night Light Assembly and Electrical Installation and Maintenance were conducted by the Regional Training Center Central Luzon (RTCCL)- Guiguinto.
Mayor Bartolome “Omeng” Ramos was present in the graduation ceremony along with Regional Director Toni June Tamayo’s representative, TESDA Bulacan Provincial Director Gerty Pagaran. RTCCL-Guiguinto Center Chief Mr. Rheo Henry Rodriguez, and RTCCL Guiguinto TESD II Specialist Mr. Roderick Alcantara also joined in the said graduation.
PD Pagaran delivered her congratulatory remarks after declaring the confirmation of the graduates. She stressed that the free training they acquired is an investment of the government and not merely a “dole-out.” As graduates, they are now empowered to create their livelihood or find employment based on the skills and knowledge that they learned.
