Stitched for Success: Dressmaking NC II Training Kicks Off!
Last March 18, 2026, TESDA RTCCL-Guiguinto welcomed 15 dedicated scholars for the Training Induction Program (TIP) of Dressmaking NC II under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP).
Under the leadership of Center Chief Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez, these scholars are embarking
on a 35-day journey to master the art of drafting, cutting, and sewing casual apparel. Mr. Rodriguez inspired the group by highlighting how technical skills are the ultimate pattern for both stable employment and entrepreneurship.
Beyond the sewing machine, Acting Registrar Ms. Laarni B. Esplana provided essential seminars on career guidance, anti-bullying, and drug awareness. Our scholars expressed their deep gratitude and commitment to the program, eager to transform these new skills into a brighter future for their families. We can’t wait to see the beautiful creations and careers that will be tailored right here at the center!
