Stitching a Path to a Brighter Future!

On February 27, 2026, a truly inspiring graduation ceremony took place at the Pulilan Municipal Jail as 24 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) successfully completed their Basic Sewing Training Program.

From learning the basics of stitching and hemming to producing high-quality eco-bags, bedsheets, pillowcase and curtains, these graduates have proven that with dedication and discipline, transformation is possible. This program isn’t just about learning a craft; it’s about building a sense of purpose, dignity, and a foundation for a productive life beyond the walls.

Through the partnership of TESDA RTCCL-Guiguinto with BJMP-Pulilan, and the LGU of Pulilan, these individuals are now equipped with practical skills in garment production—paving the way for better livelihood opportunities and a fresh start.

Congratulations to the graduates! May these new skills open doors to a hopeful and productive future. 🎓👷‍♂️
