TESDA Bulacan and DepEd Hold Project Valentine’s Day with Skills Demo and Community Services
On February 14, 2026, the Project Valentine’s Day Celebration was successfully held through the collaborative efforts of SDO Bulacan – Guiguinto National Vocational High School and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Provincial Office Bulacan. The activity aimed to showcase technical and vocational competencies while delivering practical services to attendees, particularly teachers.
Provincial Training Center–Calumpit participated in the 2026 Skills Demonstration through the initiative of its Center Administrator, Mr. Renato Salas. Photovoltaic Systems Servicing NC II Trainer Mr. Gabriel Elijah Manlapaz conducted a live demonstration on Basic Solar Concepts, highlighting its importance in advancing sustainable development. Meanwhile, Registrar Ms. Eunice Joy M. Viray assisted participants by responding to inquiries about the programs and services offered by PTC-Calumpit.
Also present during the event were the Regional Training Center Central Luzon (RTCCL) and the Korea-Philippines Information Technology Training Center (KPITTC), which featured their expertise in Home Automation and 3D Printing technologies.
In addition to the technical demonstrations, beauty care services such as hair treatment, nail care, and personal styling were extended to guests, allowing them to enjoy relaxing and professional services.
The success of the activity further strengthened the partnership between the Department of Education and TESDA in promoting skills development and community engagement.
