These initiatives are designed to provide returning and aspiring OFWs with the right skills, better opportunities, and the support they need to rebuild, grow, and succeed.

His leadership, together with TESDA Region III Regional Director Balmyrson Valdez, continues to drive TESDA closer to the people—especially those who need it most—ensuring that no Filipino is left behind in accessing quality training and livelihood opportunities in the region.
