TWSP Mid-Year Commencement Exercises and Regular and CBT Programs 1st SEM 2024

On July 15, 2024, the Provincial Training Center-Calumpit and the Bulacan Manpower and Livelihood Training Center (BMLTC) held their Mid-Year Commencement Exercises for the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP), as well as their Regular and Community-Based Training Programs for the first semester of Fiscal Year 2024. The event began with opening remarks from BMLTC Administrator Mr. Fernan De Alca and continued with the presentation of graduates by PTC-Calumpit Center Administrator Mr. Renato Salas.

TESDA Bulacan Provincial Director Ms. Melanie Grace T. Romero confirmed that 273 graduates had completed various courses offered by PTC-Calumpit and BMLTC, including those in electrical installation, welding, dressmaking, solar irrigation systems, computer servicing, and other vocational training.

Municipal Administrator Ms. Bernadette Cruz, representing Mayor Hon. Glorime Faustino, delivered a message underscoring the value of skills in enhancing livelihood and employability. The event highlighted the strong partnership between TESDA PTC-Calumpit and the Local Government Unit of Calumpit, emphasizing their dedication to providing quality skills training programs to improve job opportunities for residents.
