TESDA Calumpit and BMLTC Conduct Livelihood Training for Typhoon Enteng Evacuees

On September 5, 2024, the Provincial Training Center-Calumpit, in collaboration with the Bulacan Manpower and Livelihood Training Center (BMLTC), conducted a community-based training program for evacuees from various barangays affected by the flooding caused by Typhoon Enteng.

Despite the inclement weather, 17 participants from the evacuation center took part in a one-day livelihood program focused on dishwashing liquid production. This initiative is part of PTC-Calumpit’s disaster response efforts, aimed at assisting victims of natural disasters and calamities in rebuilding their lives through skill development.

The success of this activity was achieved through the dedicated efforts of both parties, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and livelihood programs.
