Career Guidance and Job Induction Program
On April 22, 2024, under the leadership of Center Chief Rheo Henry Rodriguez, the TESDA Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto, in collaboration with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Guiguinto, spearheaded a dynamic Career Guidance and Job Induction Program serving as a cornerstone of the 2024 Trainee’s Week Celebration.
Ms. Anne Obaniana, representing PESO Guiguinto, lent her expertise to ensure the success of this initiative, aiming to empower trainees with invaluable insights and resources for their professional journey ahead.
Trainees from various qualifications including Automotive Servicing NC I, Dressmaking NC II, Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC I, Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC II, Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II, Driving NC II, and PV Systems Installation NC II actively participated in the activity.
The success of the program was also made possible by the steadfast support of the center’s esteemed partner industries, including Supreme Steel Pipe Corp., Goldriver Foods Corp., La Primera Pollo Inc., Accelerate Construction Services and Kirin Resources Inc. Also present during the event are Mr. Roderick Alcantara, Partnership and Linkages Focal; Ms. Andrea Vergara, Career Guidance and Employment Advocate Focal and Mr. Noel de Guzman, Student Affairs Focal.
The Career Guidance and Job Induction Program provided invaluable insights, skills enhancement, and practical guidance, equipping them to navigate the challenges and seize the opportunities that await them in their careers.
