RTTCL – Guiguinto Gardening Activities as part of the Earth Month Celebration
On April 29, 2024, the Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto conducted gardening activities as part of the Earth Month Celebration, highlighting their commitment to environmental awareness.
Employees and staff actively participated in the activities that include preparing the land and incorporating organic materials into the soil to improve and preserve its fertility. Additionally, they planted various Solanaceous crops such as Okra, Tomato, and Eggplant, fostering sustainable agriculture practices.
Prior to gardening activities, the center exemplified its commitment to environmental stewardship by participating in Earth Hour. Trainers and trainees united in a collective effort to cleanse the surroundings of their workshop area, conscientiously gathering dried leaves and other organic matter for composting.
The center is committed to environmental sustainability and take actions to contribute to greener planet.
