The program was led by TESDA KorPhil Bulacanโ€™s Vocational Instruction Supervisor, Dr. Christine Irish C. Castillo, together with Partnership & Linkages Focal Ms. Rizzalynne C. Molina, and reflects the DOSTโ€™s mission to guide scientific and technological initiatives that maximize social and economic benefits.

The trainees, selected from the Balaong Kabisig Farmers Association, will receive essential equipment to establish a municipal-based facility for Ready-to-Eat Emergency Food Reserves in Central Luzon. TESDA KorPhil trainer Ms. Ma. Ines Rosana L. Recio and DOST-PSTO Bulacan Project Technical Assistant I, Mr. Neil Granado, were also in attendance.

This training is the culmination of a long-awaited collaboration between TESDA KorPhil Bulacan and DOST Region III โ€“ PSTO Bulacan, combining expertise and resources to empower local communities and strengthen skills for future opportunities.
