122nd Labor Day Job Fair

On May 1, 2024, TESDA PO Bulacan led by Mr. Clark Rossmon Silvestre, TESD Specialist II / Community-Based Training (CBT) Focal went to the City of San Jose Del Monte (CSJDM), Bulacan to attend the 122nd Labor Day Job Fair organized by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Bulacan.

During the event, Mr. Silvestre highlighted the Filipino workers’ immense contributions, underscoring Labor Day’s importance in honoring their dedication. The Philippine Labor Day signifies the victories of the labor movement and supports workers’ rights. TESDA’s community-based programs, such as TESDA sa Barangay, echo this sentiment, offering accessible skill development, uplifting communities, and improving employability across the country.

Mr. Silvestre pledged that TESDA aims to serve as a beacon of opportunity for individuals in Bulacan and beyond by offering accessible skill development, uplifting communities, and improving employability across the nation.

Moreover, Chief LEO May Lynn C. Gozun from the DOLE Bulacan, and representatives from Senator Joel Villanueva,and the Provincial Government of Bulacan were also present at the said job fair.
