Philippine National Skills Competition (PNSC) were awarded with Certificates of Recognition by TESDA-Bulacan Provincial Director Gerty Pagaran

On April 3, 2023, the competitors and experts from Bulacan who represented Region III in the recently-concluded Philippine National Skills Competition (PNSC) were awarded with Certificates of Recognition by TESDA-Bulacan Provincial Director Gerty Pagaran. The awards were given after TESDA Bulacan, Regional Training Center Central Luzon (RCCL), and KorPhil IT Training Center had their flag raising ceremony. 

One of the winning competitors of PNSC is Ms. Hanilhet Pagdanganan who was trained by Ms. Imelda Blancia. Ms. Pagdanganan won the silver medal in the Hairdressing skills area. She will also be receiving a cash prize from the Central Office. 

Another competitor is Mr. Angelo Surio, who joined the PNSC in the Electrical Installations skills area. His trainer is Mr. Arsenio Milagroso.

Aside from handing out the Certificates to the competitors and experts, PD Pagaran also expressed her gratitude and congratulations to the competitors and experts who represented TESDA Region III in the 2023 PNSC which took place on March 27-30, 2023.
