TESDA MAGBIBIGAY NG ONSITE ASSESSMENT SA MGA OFWs
Malaking tulong sa mga Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) ang ibibigay na onsite assessment ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) para sa mga kababayan nating nagtatrabaho sa mga bansa sa Middle East.
Sa pamamagitan ng Onsite Assessment Program (OAP) ng TESDA ay mabibigyan ng pagkakataon ang mga OFW na mapaunlad ang kanilang kasanayan at mapaangat ang kanilang pinagkakakitaan.
Ayon kay TESDA Director General, Secretary Guiling “Gene” Mamondiong, mismong ang delegasyon ng ahensiya ang magtutungo sa Middle East partikular na sa mga Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLO) para sa isasagawang onsite assessment.
Kabilang sa mga paggaganapan ng onsite assessment ng TESDA ay ang Comsofil sa Riyadh; POLO, Dubai; ICSA, Kuwait City at Total Care International sa Jeddah.
Sa mga OFW na nagnanais na mapabilang sa onsite assessment ay maaaring magtungo sa mga POLO sa mga nabanggit na bansa habang ang Jeddah at Dubai ay nakapag-sumite na ng listahan ng kanilang assessment candidates.
Kabilang sa mga “qualification for assessment” ay ang Technical Drafting NC II; Visual Graphics Design NC II at Computer Systems Servicing NC II para sa Riyadh habang sa Dubai naman ay ang mga Technical Drafting NC II, Visual Graphics Design NC III, Massage Therapy NC II at Caregiving NC II.
Kasama rin ang Technical Drafting NC II, Visual Graphics Design NC III at Computer Systems Servicing NC II para sa Kuwait habang sa Jeddah naman ay ang Massage Therapy NC II at Caregiving NC II.

TESDA SETS ONSITE ASSESSMENT FOR OFWs
The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) said that it will give an on-site assessment to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who are bound for the Middle East.
TESDA Director General Secretary Guiling “Gene” Mamondiong said that the Onsite Assessment Program (OAP) aims to find out if the OFWs possess the competencies required in a preferred work.
Mamondiong said that a delegation from TESDA will go to the Middle East to conduct the onsite assessment in coordination with the Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLO).
The TESDA onsite assessment is scheduled at Comsofil in Riyadh; POLO, Dubai; ICSA, Kuwait City and Total Care International in Jeddah.
OFWs who are interested in the on-site assessment may visit the POLO in the scheduled areas. Jeddah and Dubai have already submitted a list of assessment candidates, Mamondiong said.
Workers may take the assessment in the following qualifications: Technical Drafting NC II; Visual Graphics Design NC II and Computer Systems Servicing NC II for Riyadh. In Dubai, Technical Drafting NC II, Visual Graphics Design NC III, Massage Therapy NC II and Caregiving NC II.
In Kuwait, included in the qualification of assessment are Technical Drafting NC II, Visual Graphics Design NC III and Computer Systems Servicing NC II. In Jeddah, Massage Therapy NC II and Caregiving NC II.
