NATATANGING EMPLEYADO BIBIGYANG PARANGAL NG TESDA

 

Bibigyan ng pagkilala ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) ang kanilang mga natatanging empleyado na nagpakita ng galing sa pagbibigay ng serbisyo publiko kasabay sa isang linggong pagdiriwang ng ika-23 taong anibersaryo ng ahensiya.

 

Ayon kay TESDA Director General, Secretary Guiling “Gene” Mamondiong, kabilang sa mga ibibigay na pagkilala sa mga empleyado ay ang Loyalty Award, Model Employees at Perfect Attendance Award.

 

Dalawampung (20) empleyado mula sa Central Office ng TESDA ang mabibigyan ng Loyalty Award na may sampung taon sa serbisyo, 15, 20, 25, 30 o higit pa habang sa Model Employees Award ay hahatiin naman sa apat na kategorya ito ay ang Category 1 (1st level employees with salary grade 1-12), Category 2 (2ndlevel employees-salary grade 13-23), Category 3 (salary grade 24) at Category 4 (3rd level employees-salary grade 25-27).

 

Bukod dito, magbibigay din ang TESDA ng labing-apat (14) na Kabalikat Awards sa iba’t-ibang kategorya tulad ng Industry Partner, Local Government Unit (LGU) Partner, Legislative Partner, Development Partner at National Government Agencies (NGA) na naging katuwang ng ahensiya sa pagbibigay ng serbisyo.

 

Magbibigay din ng Tagsanay Award para sa magagaling na trainers mula sa pribado at pampublikong Technical Vocational Institutions (TVIs) at TESDA Technology Institutions (TTIs) kung saan ay 29 sa mga ito ang maglalaban-laban.

 

Bibigyan naman ng pagkilala ng TESDA ang mga nagtapos ng Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) na nagpamalas ng husay sa kanilang napiling trabaho kabilang na dito ang mga kategorya ng Self-Employed Category (7 candidates), Wage-Employed Category (14 candidates) at Batang TESDA Award.

 

Ilulunsad naman ng TESDA ang Regional Performance Award sa tatlong mapipiling rehiyon habang ipagdiriwang din ang araw ng kapanganakan ng mga empleyado na ipinanganak sa buwan ng Hulyo at Agosto.

 

Samantala, hinikayat din ni Mamondiong ang taumbayan na kumuha ng skills training sa TESDA upang magkaroon ang mga ito ng kasanayan na kanilang magagamit sa pagtatrabaho sa loob at labas ng bansa.

TESDA TO HONOR ITS OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES ON 23rd ANNIVERSARY

 

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) will honor its outstanding employees who have rendered exemplary service to the government agency during its 23rd anniversary.

 

TESDA Director General, Secretary Guiling “Gene” Mamondiong said that TESDA will give recognition to employees such as Loyalty Award, Model Employees and Perfect Attendance Award.

 

Twenty employees from the Central Office of TESDA who have served the agency for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 years or more will be given Loyalty Award while the Model Employees Award will be divided into four categories – Category 1 (1st level employees with salary grade 1-12), Category 2 (2nd level employees-salary grade 13-23), Category 3 (salary grade 24) and Category 4 (3rd level employees-salary grade 25-27).

 

Aside from this, TESDA will also present 14 Kabalikat Awards to industry partners, local government units, legislative partners, development partners and national government agencies which work hand-in-hand with the agency in providing public service.

 

TESDA will hand out the Tagsanay Award to trainers in both government and public technical vocational institutions (TVIs) and TESDA technology institutions (TTIs) in which 29 of them will vie for the recognition.

 

Likewise, TESDA will honor its outstanding graduates of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) who have made a mark in their chosen careers under the categories of self-employed category (7 candidates), wage-employed category (14 candidates) and Batang TESDA Award.

 

TESDA will also launch the Regional Performance Award in three regions as it celebrates the birth anniversary of its employees who were born in the months of July and August.

 

Mamondiong has encouraged the public to avail of the skills training program of TESDA which they may use for local and foreign employment.
