On March 21, 2024, the Provincial Training Center-Calumpit, led by Center Administrator Mr. Renato Salas, convened for a partnership meeting and MOA signing with UnifyingGap Inc., a reputable manufacturer specializing in dressmaking and fashion design, owned by Ms. Viña Romero. This collaboration was facilitated with the support of the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) in the City of San Jose Del Monte Bulacan, spearheaded by PESO manager Mr. Perfecto Tagalog and his dedicated staff, Mr. John Andrew Flores.

The primary objective of this partnership is to elevate technical education and skills development in the region, specifically targeting the Dressmaking NC II program. TESDA graduates with certifications in Dressmaking NC II are encouraged to join the company, and the partnership will kick off with Supervised Industry Learning (SIL).
