RTCCL-Guiguinto Launches CBTP for Sewers (Dressmaking NC II Training) for PDLs in Pulilan

Under the leadership of Center Chief Mr. Rheo Henry M. Rodriguez, the Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto has commenced a specialized Community-Based Training Program (CBTP) for Sewers at the Pulilan Municipal Jail, benefiting for 25 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs)

This initiative is a collaborative effort among TESDA, BJMP Pulilan, and PESO Pulilan, aimed at providing meaningful opportunities for skills development and reintegration. By delivering quality technical education within the correctional system, the program underscores the commitment to ensure that no one is left behind in accessing livelihood opportunities. The training runs from March 4 to 17, 2026, after which participants will undergo the National Competency Assessment to qualify for the NC II certification, a valuable credential that can help open pathways to sustainable employment.
