SMAW NC II and EIM NC II Trainees Orientation
On May 28, 2024, the Provincial Training Center Calumpit, led by Center Administrator Mr. Renato S. Salas, along with DTS Focal Mr. Lawrence M. Ramos and Registrar Ms. Michelle Joy Z. Lorenzo, collaborated with Alltrade Marketing and Manufacturing to facilitate an orientation for Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II and Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC II trainees. Alltrade’s Project Manager, Mr. Ronnel Sto. Tomas, and Human Resource Team members Ms. Kristel Joyce Salazar and Rudy Boy B. Egmao were also present to support the event.
During the orientation, Alltrade Marketing and Manufacturing provided an overview of their company and explained how the Dual Training System (DTS) would benefit the trainees. They emphasized that the DTS could lead to potential employment opportunities and absorption of future graduates.
The activity was successfully conducted, demonstrating the commitment of both parties to deliver quality Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs.
