TESDA Bulacan Hosts Successful World Café of Opportunities for National Tech-Voc Day
On August 14, 2024, the TESDA Provincial Office Bulacan successfully organized the World Café of Opportunities (WCO) at the RTCCL-Guiguinto Gymnasium as part of the National Tech-Voc Day celebration. This year’s event centered on facilitating job placements in key sectors, including Construction, Agriculture, Manufacturing, IT-BPM, and Tourism. The WCO also gathered a wide range of companies and several government representatives who actively engaged with participants, providing job opportunities and essential government services.
The WCO brought together numerous employers and government representatives who engaged with participants, offering job opportunities and government services. Attendees had the opportunity to explore career paths, and access valuable resources through the said event.

Supported by 22 companies and several government agencies, 114 job seekers successfully secured employment, while other participants expressed interest in TESDA training programs. The event showcased TESDA’s ongoing commitment to bridging the gap between skilled workers and industry needs, offering TVET graduates a crucial stepping stone toward a brighter future.
The event was honored by the presence of several distinguished officials, including Regional Director Baron Lagran, Atty. Nikki Manuel Coronel, representing Governor Daniel R. Fernando, and Honorable Congressman Ambrosio “Boy” Cruz, Jr., House Representative for Bulacan’s 5th District. Also in attendance were Ms. Leilanie M. Reynoso, Chief of the Labor and Employment Office – DOLE Bulacan, Engr. Egbert R. Robles, Provincial PESO Department Head, and Mr. Edgardo Santiago, President of the Bulacan Association of Technical Vocational Schools (BATVS). Their participation added prestige to this significant occasion.
