TESDA KorPhil Bulacan Champions Gender Equality in 2025 National Women’s Month Celebration
TESDA KorPhil Bulacan carried out campaign activities for the 2025 National Women’s Month Celebration on March 6 and March 27–28, in line with Memorandum No. 093 s. 2025, “TESDA’s Observance of the 2025 National Women’s Month Celebration (NWMC).” PCW-designed advocacy shirts were worn every Friday, and the official campaign banner was displayed at the TESDA compound gate.
To kick off the celebration, the GAD Focal of TESDA KorPhil Bulacan, Ms. Rizzalynne C. Molina, participated in the webinar titled “GESI: TVET Sektor ng Kababaihan, Iaangat!” held on March 6.
Continuing the observance, TESDA KorPhil Bulacan joined the TESDA Bulacan 2025 Women’s Month Celebration on March 27, together with the TESDA Provincial Office Bulacan, Regional Training Center Central Luzon – Guiguinto, and Provincial Training Center – Calumpit. With the theme “Babae sa Lahat ng Sektor, Aangat ang Bukas sa Bagong Pilipinas,” the event featured a Color Fun Run, Fire Drill Orientation, and Palarong Pinoy.
The following day, March 28, TESDA KorPhil Bulacan organized its own Women’s Month Celebration, led by Ms. Kathrine R. Angeles and facilitated by Gender & Development Focal, Ms. Rizzalynne C. Molina. Activities included a Seminar on the Importance of Mental Health Among Women by Ms. Jaynellen A. Anis, Health Education and Promotion Officer I of the Provincial Health Office – Public Health; a Basic Concept in Electrical Hazard and Household Extension Assembly Training by Mr. Aris T. Salonga, Instructor I of TESDA GPSAT; and “The Serbisyo para kay Juana Wellness Program”—free beauty and wellness services provided by CBTAB trainer Ms. Victoria M. Carlos and her successful graduates.
TESDA KorPhil Bulacan expects that this year’s activities will increase awareness and advocacy for gender equality, resulting in greater recognition of women’s equal rights, power, and opportunities across all sectors; strengthen multi-sectoral collaboration with government agencies, LGUs, NGOs, CSOs, and other stakeholders, leading to improved policies, access to services, and sustainable opportunities for women; and boost and uplift the morale of women employees through self and social enhancement activity.
