TESDA Region III Conducts Capacity Building Training for Administrative and Grievance Committees to Promote Workplace Fairness

San Fernando, Pampanga – To uphold fairness, transparency, and accountability in the workplace, TESDA Region III successfully conducted a Capacity Building Training for the Administrative Complaints Committee (ACC) and the Grievance, Inspection, and Investigation Committee (GIIC) on February 12, 2025, at the TESDA Regional Office III, Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

The training was facilitated by Atty. Maeshach F. Mariano, Head of the Legal Division of TESDA Central Office, who shared his expertise on legal frameworks, best practices, and essential procedures in handling administrative complaints and grievance cases. Her insightful discussions provided the participants with a deeper understanding of due process, ethical standards, and conflict resolution strategies crucial to their roles.

This initiative is part of TESDA’s continuous efforts to enhance the competencies of its committees in managing complaints and grievances, ensuring that all concerns within the organization are addressed efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with legal mandates. Strengthening these committees not only promotes good governance and workplace harmony but also reinforces TESDA’s commitment to upholding integrity and professionalism in public service.
